The digital marketing position is primarily responsible for creating, developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels for our clients. The digital marketer will have the opportunity to work on multiple business and charity accounts as well as the Professional Services Collective accounts. Digital Marketing is about creating ads that will encourage and drive potential customers to visit our clients websites to either purchase products or services or to learn more about their organisations. The digital marketer must be able to work as part of a team and will report directly to the Executive Officer for Digital Marketing or the Executive Officer for Digital Business & Graphic Design.

Responsibilities include

• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

The grant writer position is primarily responsible for researching, developing and writing funding proposals based on specific concepts or projects, and then submitting the proposal to the most appropriate funding source. The grant writer will have the opportunity to work on a vast array of concepts and projects for multiple charities and non-profit organisations including the Professional Services Collective. Grant writing is about persuasively communicating a concept or project in a way that enables the funding source to properly evaluate the submission against its selection criteria. The grant writer must be able to work as part of a team and will report directly to the Executive Officer for Legal Assistance & Appropriations

Responsibilities include

• Developing and writing grant proposals
• Assembling and submitting grant requests, including letters, proposals, budgets, and presentations;
• Establishing and maintaining personal contact and relationships with Charities and Non-profit organisations contacts and program officers;
• Maintaining calendar to ensure timely submission of letters of inquiry, proposal deadlines, and reports;
• Conducting prospect research;
• Prioritizing projects to keep multiple projects moving in a timely manner, meet deadlines and manage supplemental material required for proposals’
