About the Role

Our client is seeking a part-time Administration Assistant for minimum 25 to 30 hours per week with a potential to progress to full-time role. The role offers a great opportunity for an organised and motivated Administration Assistant to learn and develop professionally.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Meet & greet customers on drop-off
  • Fill out Client info and enter into Software system
  • Produce the list of cars on site and know what stage they are up to
  • Update customers plus handle operations
  • Add, move information plus job details into Software
  • Print out job tickets
  • Order parts
  • Add any relative notes required to team
  • Handle phones plus enquiries
  • Plan diary & Schedule work and quotes
  • Look at weekly budget and handle bookings plus job flow with the Director
  • Daily scanning and filing invoices in order
  • Send invoices plus follow-up with required payments
  • Handle insurance information plus contact required assessors

Qualifications and experience

  • Minimum 1-year experience in an Automotive service role will be highly regarded
  • Preferred knowledge of using iBodyshop Software an advantage but not required, full training provided
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work autonomously and as a team
  • Willingness to learn and take on responsibility
  • The ability to work within a fast-paced environment
  • Be reliable, punctual and possess excellent work ethics
  • Proficient use of keyboard

The successful candidates must have and be able to demonstrate the following:

We are seeking to appoint an energetic, well presented and confident individual with great communication skills to join our team as a Trainee Business Development Representative. This is a full-time traineeship role which will introduce you to the various areas of the business. You will undertake a Certificate III in Business.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • New customer acquisition via outbound calling and other channels
  • Converting inbound inquiries into sales opportunities with the support of our business development team
