Digital Sales Volunteer Positions

The digital sales position is primarily responsible for creating, listing, maintaining and administration of our Online sales platforms, products and services as well as customer enquiries via email. This position is not tele marketing in any way shape or form. The digital sales position will have the opportunity to work with a vast array of Businesses, Charities and Non-Profit Organisations as well as an amazing selection of product and service types across our various online sales platforms. The digital sales volunteer must be able to work as part of a team and will report directly to Executive Officer for Business Operations.

Responsibilities include

• Creating digital product or service listings
• Administration of the digital product or service listings
• Responding to customer enquiries

Minimum Requirements

Keen to participate, and learn, no previous experience necessary, all training provided

Basic computer skills in Microsoft office or equivalent
